A Case Developing Bigemina Ventricular Extrasystole After Moxifloxacin-Induced Anaphylaxis

Anaphylaxis is a multisystemic hypersensitivity reaction that develops suddenly after exposure to an allergenic substance, and causes life-threatening circulatory respiratory problems if the intervention delayed. often caused by drugs, insect bites, food. In case of anaphylaxis, dysrhythmias may be observed as result cardiac side effects. our case, we presented patient who developed anaphylaxis concomitant ventricular dysrhythmia sixth dose moxifloxacin tablet, quinolone antibiotic for treatment upper tract infection.
